Since my beloved family lives in Hawaii and most of them are Nurses from well known and prestigious Queen's Medical Center -  ESSENCIA Home Care and Medical Staffing, Inc. was built April, 2022 and designed  for senior care who wished to be treated, care continuance after discharge from hospitals or skilled/ rehab  facilities at the comfort and convenience of their own home or residential  facilities. We provide both services as HOME HEALTHCARE and Non-Medical Caregiving. 

 

HOME HEALTHCARE enable patients who are semi or  permanently disabled, or who are suffering from extended illnesses,  even lifelong or terminal illnesses -  to remain at home for treatment rather than coping with lengthy, expensive hospital visits. Home health care nurses are a vital part of this medical service, whether they are performing medical duties or comforting a patient's family.

 

Our wide array of highly skilled and compassionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) and RNs (Registered Nurses) are always available 24/7. Our nurses are board certified on various nursing skills from the most simplest care to the more complex ones. Moreover our  nursing, rehab, dietary, activity, maintenance - dedicate their skills to providing the ESSENCIA Total Support System. Our goal is to treat the whole individual and nurture the specific physical, emotional and spiritual needs of your loved ones to the fullest extent possible.

 

Though our nurses are highly capable of making treatment decisions and performing their duties without supervision, we still send on random basis our Care Specialist Managers to monitor and evaluate their care tasks to  maintain our high standards of care quality while properly implementing  the individual Nurse Care Plan. 

 

For learning purposes of  first time family members of client patients, Home Healthcare nurses  perform : 

• basic medical duties such as monitoring health statistics

• giving medication at appropriate times and dosages,

• as well as providing treatment and palliative care, 

• Nurses also explain process treatments and medications, 

• our Nurses also change dressings or other materials, and even conduct rehabilitative treatments if necessary, being flexible in their availability to perform their duties. Most of our  ESSENCIA  nurses have a minimum of 1 or more years hospital experience.

NON MEDICAL, CAREGIVING . Our ESSENCIA Caregivers are highly trained, licensed and imbued with utmost patience, compassion and our trademark " being conscientious" with their care .
