Each of our Caregiver continues to partake in the workshops and classes conducted by ESSENCIA to ensure the continuation of their education and keep them updated with contemporary Caregiving Skills.  This continued education and training strives to establish  that each Caregiver is able to continuously develop their skills as a care provider in order to give their best possible effort  to those entrusted with their care.
